The Criminal Justice program at Norwich emphasizes the importance of evidence-based knowledge in understanding crime policy, programs and practice. It also strives to cultivate commitment to the principles of justice, ethics, public service and the development of leadership skills

Faculty of the School of Justice Studies & Sociology provide students with opportunities to learn, conduct research and observe law in action. The program incorporates case analyses, police and court observation, field trips, simulations and guest lecturers by practitioners into the curriculum.

Criminal Justice, the most popular major at Norwich, provides an excellent foundation for a career in law, law enforcement and corrections. Students also have the opportunity to minor in Sociology or Cyber Crime and Computer Forensics.

The School of Justice Studies & Sociology offers internships, career counseling, travel-abroad opportunities and pre-law advising.
