Criminal Justice Minor
The minor in Criminal Justice provides non-majors with a basic background of the system, process and components of criminal justice, criminal law and the causes and patterns of crime.
The minor affords an opportunity for students in any other major to learn more about crime and criminal justice. It is particularly useful to students in related majors who are considering careers in criminal justice.
To earn this minor, students must complete five required courses and one elective, all with a grade of “C” or better.
Many Criminal Justice students seek a minor in computer crime and forensics. For prerequisites and course requirements for that minor, visit Computer Crime and Forensics Minor on the School of Business and Management site.
